I repented of my sins and accepted Jesus as my Savior a year and a half ago. I had been interested in religion since my childhood, but I'd had no desire to learn about God. There were lots of Jehovah's Witnesses where I lived. They often offered me their literature, but there was something that kept me from joining that church.
After I moved to another place following my parents'death, I started going from bad to worse. The devil took away my health, my youth, and my house.
One day, hanging out with drunkards, I met a young man who was to play a vital role in my life. Our destinies were alike. I am sure that it was God who decided to save us because after he was imprisoned, I couldn't resist going to church. I started a new life in Jesus. My would-be imprisoned husband goes to church, too.
It looks like it was God who made it possible for us to go through this trial so that we would come to believe in Him and start our lives from scratch.
We are so thankful to God for bringing us out of the dark tunnel and into His light. I believe that we will emerge victorious from our wilderness experience. This prison is a means to test our faith and our love for one another.
I watch 3ABN Russia's Let's Cook Together and Face to Face programs, as well as others. Please send me your books that cover different aspects of Christian living. I am interested in everything. I am willing to learn about how to cook, can foods, do housework, and I also want to learn about God. In other words, I want to become a good housewife, a good spouse, and a good Christian.
Thank you very much and may God richly bless you!
